Satu cubaan sebenarnya. Perlu menghabiskan bacaan beratus muka dalam satu malam kerana ujian EDUC 115 Children & Adolescent Development yang akan berlangsung dalam masa kurang 10 jam.
Dan latihan -latihan subjek lain yang semuanya perlu dihantar esok= 1 April 2010. 2 latihan ENGLISH WRITING 101. LINGUISTICS 103.
Oh ya, 2 April 2010 ialah perayaan Easter- detik Penyaliban Jesus Christ menurut agama Kristian. Kalau ingin dibuat perbandingan, Easter ini paling signifikan dalam kalendar Kristian sepertimana pentingnya Hari Raya Idul-Adha bagi kita Muslim.Mereka yang sedikit alim akan menamatkan puasa Lent mereka manakala sepertimana sambutan-sambutan lain yang telah disekularkan ( dan ini berlaku kepada semua agama nampaknya) , mereka yang tidak alim juga menyambutnya atas dasar tradisi dan penghubung ikatan kekeluargaan.
Oh ya. Tadi pertama kali menderma darah. Kebelakangan ini saya selalu mencuba perkara-perkara yang takkan saya lakukan sebelum- sebelum ini. Stres kah? Aish kalau trend sebegini berterusan jangan terkejut yang saya sendiri yang akan terjun bungee di Lake Taupo nanti.
Okay, itu agak melampau untuk seorang Wan Khai.
Malam ini bakal jadi malam yang sangaaaaat panjang. Belajar dan terus belajar.

Bless The Victims of Moscow Suicide Bombing.
All my prayers go to the victims of suicide bombing at Moscow train station today.
Let the world know that I never support al-Qaeda and their methods of thinking - ever.
Suicide bombing - whatever form it is -is intolerable.
What they did are just foolish acts- I don't care if they are oppressed or whatsoever - what they do is just....my God.
I don't have to be asabiyah. Asabiyah is not limited to race or skin colour only. It means that you support your people eventhough they did something wrong- and indeed they did something very, VERY wrong.
They didn't realize that the Muslims living in Moscow are already prejudiced, discriminated? Now what would happen? Do these "so-called pious Muslim nationalists" want to protect these honest Russian Muslims from harassment and discrimination? No. At most, they will just commenting that " the kuffars are harassing our brothers. They ought to be killed". YOU, the RUSSIAN government, the AMERICAN government are SIMILAR. The cycle of death. All of you- no matter what your principles are- God , state, secularity- are the axis of evil. Evil you guys are- evil!
It saddens me that Shias are killed in a sucide bombing - why? - for being a Shia .
It saddens me that people are killed for being civilians - mere civilians.
Honestly speaking, now, I think if such was the case, it is wise for Russia to enact the martial law that forbid the wearing of niqab for security purposes. It happens in Iraq. Most of the time, it was the women, fully veiled that do the dirty work. Men? Bleuk.
Freedom of religion practice go to hell. You are second to people's lives.
Funny how it is- during the old times at school- we were shown by our seniors - at SURAU!- the fight between Chechens and Russians- wow they are supported even during our prayers! And it suddenly reminds me on how foolish I was that time. The pseudoterrorists - pardon the definition- who did the naughty works and then rely on other brothers of theirs to do the public image building.
After some bloodshed- what are they doing? - nothing. They are not even saddened by the death of innocent bystanders- all are kuffars to them- bloody hell. And then we have Muslim League Europe, Al-Azhar, Saudi Arabia clerics, ISNA ( Islamic Society North America) who had to do all the image cleaning. And then you still wonder why Islamophobia still exists?
Funny it is. It reminds me of Syed Abduh- once the Egypt's Al-Azhar University who brought many reforms to the institution- who famously said , " When I went to Egypt, I see many Muslims but I don't see Islam. But when I went to France, I see not many Muslims but I see Islam".

Luahan Rasa.
Mereka mengatakan bahawa dalam sebuah sistem demokrasi yang mulai matang, akan wujud parti politik yang bukan lagi dua fraksi semata, tetapi lebih kepada sebuah continuum.
Mereka mengatakan lagi bahawa permulaan sebuah demokrasi matang itu ialah yang dibahaskan ialah isu dan prinsip, bukan tuduhan " Barisan Nasional gagal membantu rakyat - seluruhnya", " Pakatan Rakyat pakatan rapuh" di Parlimen semata. Mereka kata baik pergi zoo sahaja kan kalau nak tengok monyet.
Mereka mengatakan bahawa demokrasi itu matang apabila wujudnya fraksi-fraksi pelobi yang cuba mempengaruhi pembahas-pembahas undang-undang.
Mereka turut mengatakan bahawa biasalah ada puak liberal, neo-liberal, konservatif dan ultra-konservatif dalam politik negara. Di mana-mana negara juga ada. Orang yang menuduh PERKASA ultra-konservatif misalnya memang benar- betul, PERKASA Ibrahim Ali MP Pasir Mas memang ultra-konservatif. Tetapi ingin juga diingatkan bahawa rasisnya Ibrahim Ali itu menggambarkan pendirian konservatif beliau dengan jelas.
Tetapi jangan juga lupa, mahu dikesampingkan ultra-liberalis jugakah? Tak adillah sebegitu, bukan? = )

Ah, mari bersifat optimis sahajalah. Saya suka membaca kekalutan politik tanah air buat masa ini. Tampak serasi dengan kekacauan jiwa kini.

( Nak migrasi ke negara Eropah khabarnya lebih susah kini. Apatah lagi dengan kelulusan seorang guru cuma. Saya kena realistik?)
Ketika ini Indonesia sedang bangkit. Ekonomi lebih maju berbanding Malaysia kini. Universitinya lebih liberal dari segi kebebasan 'opini'. Kenapa? Sudahnya pakatan politiknya berpadu- begitulah. Kestabilan. Mereka sedar fokus barangkali. Sebab itu masalah besar di Sabah Sarawak kini- kurangnya pekerja kelapa sawit. Yalah, gaji bekerja di Indonesia kini lebih mahal daripada Malaysia sekarang kamu tahu?
Teringat Tan Sri S.M Salim- " Apa dah jadi............................"
Eh, teringat pula Siti Nurhaliza dizaman innocentnya................

Hidup ini penuh stereotaip.
" Orang kampung memang kolot dan jakun". " Orang bandar terlalu sosial dan rosak". " Orang Islam terlalu ekstrim" " Orang tak pakai tudung rosak semua" " Orang -orang usrah semua ekstrim" " perempuan semuanya lembab" "lelaki semua tak guna"....
Tapi persoalannya, kenapa stereotaip itu masih wujud?
Dan di depan mata, misalan?
Dan sebenarnya, stereotaip itu generalisasi bodoh saja.
Eh, tapi. Tapi ada tapinya.
Orang takkan mengata kalau tak ada benda nak dikata.
Penipu besar pun paling kurang akan keluar dua tiga "fakta" dan pusing punya pusing, tadaa, gosip dicanai baik punya.
Yalah.
Kalau tidak ada angin, masakan pokok bergoyang.

I know of the existence of exclusion list on your facebook, but well...

Belasungkawa
Al-fatihah buat Syeikh al-Azhar , Syeikh Muhammad Sayyid Tantawi yang kembali ke rahmatullah hari ini. Beliau meninggal dunia di Arab Saudi pada usia 81 tahun.

4 days from Monday- Thursday. Friday I don't have any- which resulted with me sleeping like a baby and every time, I woke up drained and exhausted. Oh, then I have to get tired some more when I realize that I woke up at 1.15 and the Jumaat prayer almost started. Bummer.

I am terribly ashamed of Malaysia politics these days.
Really.
The morally bankrupt UMNO- filled with bourgeoisies , those damn bourgeoisies. .
The disillusioned Islamic Party, trapped between the need of liberalism and conservatism of dogmas.
The hopeless MCA and MIC and all other 'insignificant parties'.
The party who claimed to be universal and Malaysian in nature- DAP- yet still couldn't reflect those ideas in membership- most of the members are Chinese..
PKR- so many defections....need no more explanation.
Malaysia, if I am not doing Education and not obliged to work for you five years there, if instead I am doing Medicine, for example, I am sooooo leaving you .

Spring time of Youth- Ended.
Just returned from Lantern Festival. Stunning performances, amazing pyrotechnic ( fireworks). Delicious ais kacang!! LOL. Well. What an end to such a long holiday. Really. Thank you God for making this brilliance of lights and colors as an ending to all this 'rest' I had after Kolej MARA Seremban. Good night, Auckland,New Zealand. Good night, Malaysia. New day tomorrow! = )
